The ever-growing popularity of foundation paper-piecing, enabling patchwork lovers to fashion all sorts of precision novelty blocks, is a no-brainer when it comes to quilting holiday décor. Quilters take to their sewing machines more for Christmas creations than any other time of year looking to freshen up their own décor and make home-spun gifts, and this adorable collection of 12 different FPP blocks and nine different heart-warming projects captures the spirit of a maker's Christmas. The blocks are so pretty, quilters will find themselves making extras for framing or wall hangings to complement their seasonal décor. The blocks are offered in two sizes 5 Inches and 7 Inches, with on-page templates, and author Liza Taylor captures a fresh modern vibe infused with the vintage charm of patchwork quilting.
